We collect the minimum data needed to scan your website for accessibility violations, send you results, and operate our service. We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. You can request deletion at any time.
01Who we are
adacompliantsite.com ("we," "us," "our") is operated by AI On Call Solutions LLC, a limited liability company. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose information about you when you visit our website, request a free accessibility scan, or subscribe to our compliance services.
02Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact information — name, email address, phone number, and company name when you submit a scan request, book a call, or subscribe.
- Website information — the URLs you submit for accessibility scanning.
- Billing information — for paying customers, processed through our PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
- Correspondence — any messages you send us via email, contact forms, or support tickets.
Information we collect automatically
- Log data — IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps.
- Device information — screen size, device type, and approximate location (city/region based on IP).
- Usage analytics — aggregated, anonymized information about how visitors interact with our site.
03How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Perform accessibility scans on the URLs you submit and deliver results to you;
- Provide, maintain, and improve our services;
- Process payments and manage subscriptions;
- Communicate with you about your account, scan results, service updates, and (with your permission) marketing materials;
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
04How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers — third parties who help us operate our business (hosting, email delivery, payment processing, analytics). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.
- Legal requirements — when required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process; or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business. We will notify you of any such change.
- With your consent — for any purpose not described above, with your explicit permission.
05Cookies & tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, keep you signed in, and measure how our site performs. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work without them. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out of sale/sharing under applicable state privacy laws.
06Accessibility scan data
When you submit a URL for scanning, our automated systems will:
- Visit and analyze publicly accessible pages of the URL you provide;
- Test those pages against WCAG 2.2 AA success criteria using automated tools and, for paid clients, manual review;
- Generate a report identifying accessibility violations and store that report so we can deliver it to you and provide ongoing monitoring.
We do not scan password-protected pages or pages requiring authentication unless you explicitly grant us access for a paid audit. Scan reports are confidential and are only shared with the email address that submitted the scan request.
07Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights:
- Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- Correction — ask us to fix inaccurate information;
- Deletion — ask us to delete your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements;
- Portability — receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format;
- Opt out — opt out of marketing emails (use the unsubscribe link in any email) or the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information;
- Non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. We'll respond within 30 days.
08Security
We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information — encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+), encryption at rest for sensitive data, access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is 100% secure, but we take this seriously.
09Data retention
We keep your information only as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with our legal obligations. Specifically:
- Free scan results — retained for 12 months, then automatically deleted;
- Active client account data — retained for the life of your subscription plus 7 years for tax and legal compliance;
- Marketing contacts — retained until you unsubscribe or 36 months of inactivity, whichever comes first.
10Children's privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us and we will delete it.
11Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. For material changes, we will notify you by email or with a prominent notice on our site. Your continued use of our services after the change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
